One-to-one coaching

Training built entirely around you.

Every session is programmed for your goals, your history and how your body is moving that day — with a coach watching every rep, not glancing over from across the room.

Personal Training

You don't need to figure it out on your own.

Maybe you know you need to get stronger, but you're not really sure what you should be doing. Perhaps your body doesn't move quite like it used to. Your back plays up. Your knees aren't what they once were. Or maybe you've tried getting fit before, but sooner or later, life gets in the way and you find yourself back at square one.

That's where we come in. We start by getting to know you. What do you want to achieve? What's holding you back? And, most importantly, what do you want your body to keep saying yes to? From there, your coach takes care of the training. Every session is planned for you, we'll show you exactly what to do, and we'll adjust things as you get stronger. You don't have to worry about keeping up with anyone else. Just turn up. We'll take it from there.

Because we're not trying to make you better at going to the gym. We're using the gym to make you better at life. Strong enough for the golf course. Confident enough to book that holiday. Fit enough to keep up with the young ones. Capable enough to keep doing the things you love for years to come. That's what we're training for.

One-to-one suits you if…

  • You want someone watching your technique, every rep.
  • You're returning after an injury and don't want to guess.
  • You've tried training alone and lost momentum.
  • Your schedule changes week to week and you need flexibility.
  • You'd rather not train in front of a room full of people.
  • You want a program that changes as you change.

How it works

Your session, your pace

Choose 30 or 45 minutes depending on where your fitness is right now — not everyone is ready for 45 minutes on day one, and that's fine. Sessions are programmed for you and adjusted as you progress.

  • 30 or 45-minute sessions
  • Train one-to-one, or share the session with a friend or partner
  • Three sessions a week is the sweet spot, but we'll work with your schedule
  • Exercises adapted around injuries and limitations

Questions about one-to-one

How long is a session?
30 or 45 minutes. We'll suggest which suits you after the consultation — not everyone is ready for 45 minutes at the start.
How often should I come?
Three times a week gets the best results, but we'd rather you come consistently twice than book three and miss one.
Can I train with my partner or a friend?
Yes. You can keep the session private or share it with one other person.
Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. Sessions are built for the body you have today.
I've got an old injury — is that a problem?
It's one of the main reasons people come to us. We work around it, and if something needs medical attention first we'll say so.
What are the session times?
They vary, and we're used to working around busy schedules. Bring yours to the consultation and we'll find something.
